The day, hour by hour

Morning · Forest-Bathing Walk

Led by a professional forest-bathing guide, you'll move slowly along ancient trails, deep into the woods. This isn't ordinary hiking — by awakening the senses and lowering cortisol, it helps you find calm and restoration. Every step is a conversation with nature, and a reset from "city mode" to "nature mode."

Midday · Food from Nature

Back from the walk, you'll prepare lunch using the seasonal wild ingredients you foraged yourself — a real "from the land to the table" connection.

Afternoon · Botanical Workshop

In a mountain workshop, a herbal guide introduces you to Simian Mountain's local plants and the basics of herbal craft. You'll make your own botanical piece — a herbal sachet, plant essential oil, or a flower-and-herb tea blend — to take home, so the memory lives on in daily life.

Optional · Arrive the night before

Stay at a local Simian Mountain hotel (at your own cost; we can help book). That evening, join an optional pre-sleep incense meditation and fall asleep to the sound of the mountain.
